What are the risks and recovery expectations?

Trifocal IOLs may cause temporary glare or halos around lights, especially at night, which often diminish within weeks. Recovery involves 2–4 weeks of avoiding heavy lifting, rubbing the eye, or swimming. Most patients notice improved vision within 24–48 hours, with full stabilization by one month. Follow-up visits are scheduled at 1 day, 1 week, and 1 month post-surgery.
