Who is a good candidate for this procedure?

Ideal candidates are women under 40 with PCOS-related anovulatory infertility, normal fallopian tubes, and a partner with adequate sperm parameters. Contraindications include uncorrected tubal blockage, severe male factor infertility, uncontrolled thyroid or prolactin disorders, or a history of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) with letrozole.
