Who is a good candidate for this therapy?

Ideal candidates are adults with relapsed or refractory B-cell lymphoma who have failed at least two prior lines of therapy. This includes diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and primary mediastinal B-cell lymphoma. Contraindications include active central nervous system lymphoma, severe organ dysfunction, or active uncontrolled infections.
