SSAnkang Health is a medical tourism facilitator and information service. We do not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or perform procedures. All medical decisions are made by licensed physicians at our partner hospitals based on your individual case.
No Medical Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific medical outcomes. All medical treatment carries risk. The hospitals and physicians we connect you with will explain risks and obtain informed consent before treatment per applicable medical standards.
Pricing
All prices on this website are illustrative ranges based on past patient cases. Your actual cost will be quoted in a personalized estimate after medical case review. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Cancellations
Coordination services are charged a flat fee. If you cancel before treatment commences, our fee is refundable per the schedule below. Hospital fees, flights, and accommodation costs may have separate cancellation policies.
Disputes
Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Chinese courts under Chinese law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active patients via email.
