What is DCB Angioplasty?

Drug-coated balloon angioplasty treats peripheral arterial disease by combining mechanical vessel dilation with localized paclitaxel delivery to prevent restenosis. It achieves stent-like patency without leaving a permanent metal implant — preserving future treatment options.

Who is a candidate?
